Hello. I am reposting this because my problems stopped for awhile and everything was fine with my 6903, but now it has gone back to it's original problems. Main problem. using any blindscan from TBS's own to CrazyCat, EBSPro, SmartDvb and DVBDream it will only scan one polarity and double up the transponders example 3820 will come in twice once as vertical and once as horizontal. I will not Horizontal even if I tell it to, still scans vertical and calls them horizontal. Also tuners are pretty much deaf. A signal booming on any of my other 4 recievers will not lock on the 6903. I bought this card back in Feb of 2017 when Rick did not have them from Amazon via UTA shops. They are giving mw a run around with it. Did a teamviewer session a couple of weeks ago with them and a manual tune with a booming transponder like the muxes on 101 c-band would tune. Took him to a nascar feed on 101 and both my Micro HD and my FreesatV8 were locked with 94 signal and 84 quality. He quickly changed to lets check your blindscan. So he ran TBS blindscan and it only scanned vertical transponders. At that point he said he had to go. Now they want to do another team viewer session and check again. What would you do? My equipment is a 12 foot unimesh dialed in, a modded WNC 4x8 multiswitch and a pair of brand new Norsat 5150 on a ortho feed. And before you ask, I have switched cables with the working recievers and tried both tuners on the 6903. Computer is a AMD running stock at 3.8 with 16 gigs of 2133 memory and a GTX 1060 video card running Win 10 64. Same results running Win 7 64 bit.

FWIW, it sounds like the card was only putting out 14V, whether Vertical or Horizontal was selected, hence the "double scan" of vertical TPs, and no ability to scan horizontal TPs.
Either a power supply problem, or maybe a configuration issue.

Power supply changed two hours in team viewer no solutions. Still think I got a clone from china. UTA shop only gives support from China, better be able to be up at 2 am to get support. Had to show him a picture of a multi switch so he new what it was.

I'm curious re what you mean when you say "Power supply changed two hours in team viewer no solutions."   ?   I'm not familiar with the "team viewer" term, and not sure if you mean that you changed the power supply on your computer or something else.
Also, I don't own a 6903, but it looks similar to my (broken) 6983 so I'm curious if you connected auxiliary computer power to the plug at the end of the card? Probably wouldn't be related, but I thought perhaps without use of that it might be too much load on the power coming through the PCIe. Have you tried using it in a different slot, and does it behave the same on both tuners?
I like the "performance" of the TBS cards, but they do seem to be rather fragile relative to thunderstorms and power surges, etc.  I've lost two 6925 cards to similar symptoms whereby they can tune and lock all types of transponders, but only decode DVB-S, and give multiple errors on any DVB-S2 transponder.  I've also lost both tuners on my 6983, first one tuner went out, but could be used slaved, then the slaved tuner went out completely, and the 2nd tuner power went out, but it still works when slaved.  So I haven't had very good luck with the TBS tuners, although I did get several years of use out of each card.  I've now ordered a 6927, hoping that the USB cards might be more stable, although probably not likely, as I also lost a Prof-7500 to the same symptoms as the 6983.
Actually, my problems may have been partly of my own doing, since after replacing batteries a couple times in my low cost UPS, I removed the computers involved from the UPS, and that probably contributed to the failures.  I've now purchased 2 new UPS units, one for my STB and TV, and the other for the computers and USB cards, so that might help them to last longer.

I'm not familiar with the "team viewer" term,

Teamviewer is a piece of "remote control" software that allows you to login-in, connect, and control a PC remotely over the internet. I sometimes use it myself when I'm away to control my PCs at home. Of course, it can also be a security issue. If someone else can crack your password or find a vulnerability in the software, they too can remotely control your PC. Anyway, I'm guessing what he's saying here is the tech support person used it to connect to his PC to try and diagnose the problem.

Thanks.  I've seen or used a couple similar programs, but never heard of that one.  Thanks.

Stefan2k15 is correct. Yes the power is plugged into the card. I upgraded from a 450 watt to a 650 watt power supply just to make sure there was not a voltage problem. It kinda works when it wants to. Blind scan is not a option with it though, unlees you want two of every transponder. Manual tune is hit and miss, and 16 apsk is out of the question on both tuners most of the time.

Fellow Members, your posts are welcome here! Do not worry about posting everything perfect. Different receivers and LNB's will give you different Frequencies and Symbol Rates. Some set top boxes, PCI cards and USB receivers, Do Not Require all of the same information that others may need. It is not Required to post everything that others may need to tune in a feed. It is just most important to share the find. We can always adjust the Frequency and Symbol Rates and try the various Modulations and FEC's on our own receivers until we get a lock and then give a polite reply with what works for your receiver, as that information might help others as well.
