i believe the season will start thursday night...last year they had 1 wednesday night game but tradition the last few years is thursday night kicks off the season  so all you bud heads get ready it's coming....

All of this weekend's games are granted ncaa excpetions.  In fact several of these games were granted an exception due to playing in Hawaii during the season and of course Hawaii itself.  (Teams were having a hard time fitting 13 regular seasons games into the ncaa authorized time frame which starts a week from Thursday on August 31st.
