I have a titanium asc 1 receiver but I would like to know is there a receiver out there that can be used as a motor control to move the dish...uniden 7700 was great,,what is new on the market that would do the same..

I don't know why I don't see your posts for hours after they are posted. Need to ask Rick about that. There are v boxes now. It works like a 7700 with the motor wires and there are no wires for the servo so you need a lnbf. It's just like the 7700 in terms of those features. I have a vbox that came with my 10 ft dish this year but have never tried it. I use a Uniden 7700 myself for this dish that works on a lnbf and a Uniden 9000 for the dish with the chap feedhorn since that has a servo and the 9000 does servo. Do you still have the remote for the 7700? I need one. I can swap the vbox for it? Its brand new. Never been used.. anyway Rick sells the v boxes. [smile]

Fellow Members, your posts are welcome here! Do not worry about posting everything perfect. Different receivers and LNB's will give you different Frequencies and Symbol Rates. Some set top boxes, PCI cards and USB receivers, Do Not Require all of the same information that others may need. It is not Required to post everything that others may need to tune in a feed. It is just most important to share the find. We can always adjust the Frequency and Symbol Rates and try the various Modulations and FEC's on our own receivers until we get a lock and then give a polite reply with what works for your receiver, as that information might help others as well. We all appreciate the efforts and energy of the Posters!
