Thanks Captain Kurtz.

Yes, the Chaparral Bulls Eye is what we have now and had before.  Then we found a surplus of the DP4's from Pansat (Linkbox) and bought all they had when they were moving to a different location.  The DP4's worked really well and have more adjustment on the focal depth than does the Chaparral Bulls Eye.  Plus they were 200.00 less than the Chaparral.

If you end up with a Chaparral Bulls Eye Feed horn that we sell for 399.00, you have to make sure that it will work with your dishes Focal Point.  In certain cases to where the feed horn needed to be a bit further away from the dish then the focal adjustment allowed, we had to use some spacers / washers to where the dish quad legs mounted to the scalar ring, to be able to position the feed at the optimal Focal Point for that dish.

boblop does also make a good point about an alternative.  Some C-Band dishes, mesh and otherwise, depending on when they were made, are not the best for Ku reception.  A 1.2 Meter Offset GeoSat Pro dish with an HH120 STAB Motor does a very good job on most Ku feeds and many times will out perform a 10' mesh dish.

Fellow Members, your posts are welcome here! Do not worry about posting everything perfect. Different receivers and LNB's will give you different Frequencies and Symbol Rates. Some set top boxes, PCI cards and USB receivers, Do Not Require all of the same information that others may need. It is not Required to post everything that others may need to tune in a feed. It is just most important to share the find. We can always adjust the Frequency and Symbol Rates and try the various Modulations and FEC's on our own receivers until we get a lock and then give a polite reply with what works for your receiver, as that information might help others as well. We all appreciate the efforts and energy of the Posters!
