I'm thinking about exploring Sat TV again.   The last time I played with it was a good 10-15 years
ago. What might peak my interest is back haul feeds of PPV boxing, as well as other feeds.
Last time I did this it was mostly foreign broadcast which didn't interest me.

I had a 12 foot Paraclispe C/ku feed.  Because of where the dish has to be mounted I don't
want to do anything that large again.   What's the smallest ku dish I could get away with?
Back in the 80's 90s Ku needed a big dish but I am guessing their power outputs are much
stronger now.

I would be interested in a motorized dish.  I live in New England..

for ku I would recommend a 1.2m dish because of the increasing number of S2 signals out there
and it has always been and likely always will be: bigger is better
do yourself a favor and put that 12' paraclipse back up

If I don't answer right away, give me a few, I'm probably chasing 16Apsk and/or 32Apsk

I agree. 1.2 is the way to go. Rick has an option on his website which i have and works great. Most ppv boxing is scrambled on ku on g17 91w and other satellites.

Fellow Members, your posts are welcome here! Do not worry about posting everything perfect. Different receivers and LNB's will give you different Frequencies and Symbol Rates. Some set top boxes, PCI cards and USB receivers, Do Not Require all of the same information that others may need. It is not Required to post everything that others may need to tune in a feed. It is just most important to share the find. We can always adjust the Frequency and Symbol Rates and try the various Modulations and FEC's on our own receivers until we get a lock and then give a polite reply with what works for your receiver, as that information might help others as well. We all appreciate the efforts and energy of the Posters!
