What is the lowest SR that you have found?

Scanning with Azbox [the default minimum SR is set to 1000] on Satmex 5 (116.8w) found 12073V SR 999 FEC 3/4. It scans as RCS Map Table.  Never thought to set SR minimum any lower.  A web search revealed that some Eurosats have radio feeds with Symbol Rates as low as 330. Anyone find any North American or Atlantic satellites that have SRs lower than 1000?

That is a good question.I scanned in a feed at 1000,Think it was some news ch on G18 but not sure. The pic did stay solid using a invacom qph-031.
Pretty sure ACRadio can fill us in with the rest.
Thank you hawk.

I've locked one much lower than 1000 but I can't remember where it was...that's called getting old...

I know this is an old thread, but it came up quickly doing a site search for low signal rates, or at least a thread about the subject? Anyway, while playing around with my DVBDream after reading some interesting questions about DVBDream from Mike and Comptech, I decided to try the StreanreaderEx.dll setting and do a blindscan to see what happens? I had never used this feature before, as I primarily use a STB for scanning. Well, it works good enough, so now on to why I'm posting in this old thread.
I came across this radio channel using the blindscan:
Galaxy 19 C-band # 97.0w
4058 v 400
107 FM out of Key West / Miami
ESPN 990
Actualidad 1040
Can't really say it's the lowest I've ever got, but this is a pretty low signal rate for me!
It's kind of surprizing to me to do this with DVBDream blindscan.....
Sure put a smile on my face!!!

Very cool find. Did you try a manual scan with an STB to see if it can lock a SR that low?

No I haven't, at least not this one, but in the past I have used low SR's found by others and scanned them in manually with a STB. I have scanned SR's below 1000 myself with a blind scan, only I can't remember which STB I was using, nor how low they may have been?
The STB's that may (or may not) have gotten these SR's below 1000 using blind scan are:
AZBox Premium HD+ ; no longer use blind scan only scan for manual scans found with other sources
AZBox ME ; no longer use blind scan only scan for manual scans found with other sources
Linkbox 8000 HD Local ; no longer use blind scan only scan for manual scans found with other sources
Blindscan devices I generally use:
Linkbox 9000i Local ; this is the STB I use the most for scanning
But these computer programs below I use the most to scan with
Crazyscan ; I know I've seen low SR's with this
Updatedvb ; I know I've seen low SR's with this
Also it's so easy to use SR's that others on the forum find from time to time!

Now that I think on it, the Echostar Barker channels that were on ku @ 85.0w & 105.0w
I believe both of these channels were below 1000 SR's
The one on AMC 16 ku disappeared long ago
The one on AMC 15/18 ku is probably still there?
These were scanned in with blind scan from one or more of my STB's

cpsp0, disregard the previous post....
I just checked the AZBoxME with a manual scan of the low SR find and it doesn't see it.
I do have the the Echostar Barker channel on the ME, from AMC16 when it was @ 85.0w, Can't check it though? Don't remember how I got it on it, possibly used the Dreambox Editor to get it or maybe it had a stronger signal when scanned?
The Echostar Barker channel on AMC15 @105.0w is still there, but I don't have it on the ME. 12103 v 999. I tried to scan it manual with the ME but got no signal. It is very cloudy here so that may be the problem? I also tried to scan it in with the Linkbox 9000i and got no signal. I tried the 9000i with a blind scan and a manual scan. The Blind scan did not find it and the manual scan won't work because you have to input 4 digits or it won't work, it just defaults back to previous number when you input 3 digits.
So, I guess the TRUE answer, at least for me is NO.... or at least YES I tried but NO go with it....
I looked with Crazyscan at 105.0w and I see the Barker channel is there

EDIT;
I'm sure if one wanted these low SR channels bad enough, one could use an EDITOR and get them in the channel list for whatever receiver they have?

One of the best (old) receiver for really cool blindscan is Vantage 1100s or 8000s. They find lowest symbol rate into 500.

Fellow Members, your posts are welcome here! Do not worry about posting everything perfect. Different receivers and LNB's will give you different Frequencies and Symbol Rates. Some set top boxes, PCI cards and USB receivers, Do Not Require all of the same information that others may need. It is not Required to post everything that others may need to tune in a feed. It is just most important to share the find. We can always adjust the Frequency and Symbol Rates and try the various Modulations and FEC's on our own receivers until we get a lock and then give a polite reply with what works for your receiver, as that information might help others as well. We all appreciate the efforts and energy of the Posters!
