Carl,
I have no video either as the format is 4:2:2 chroma in use with h.264 video codec.

We in the forum, to the best of my current knowledge, are unaware of a consumer STB(set top box) that will process video when the chrominance to luminance ratio is 4:2:2  when used with a video codec of h.264

Something has changed with IndyCar NBCSN when they took over for ABC this year. I don't know if IMS Productions has changed equipment or it is a different uplink company they are using. As I understand it, I could be in error, it depends on the encoder brand and settings they are using.

Rick does have solutions available in the form of computer usb tuners or computer PCIe tuners for a pc that meets requirements.

Rick is also working with Octagon to see if the new SF4008 STB can use certain drivers with the chipset they have so us die hard STB users can view 422 h264. I anxiously await his findings. Good man that Rick!

I can verify h.264 4:2:2. TBS 6903 with DVBDream working fine.

No changes needed out at the dish for 4k. I would recommend a good quality lnb with good oscillator stability but not because of 4k but for 8PSK and 16APSK carrier modulation. Your lnb basically down converts 4Ghz(cband) or 12Ghz (KuBand) to L band 950Mhz-1450Mhz or there about and sends it down the rg6 so the receiver tuner can process our favorite signals for viewing. [smile]

A very good LNB that Rick sells is the Norsat 5150 PLL Lnb. Very stable and affordable. If you got the bucks go for the 3 series he sells. 5150's for me because I have a ortho feed.

Fellow Members, your posts are welcome here! Do not worry about posting everything perfect. Different receivers and LNB's will give you different Frequencies and Symbol Rates. Some set top boxes, PCI cards and USB receivers, Do Not Require all of the same information that others may need. It is not Required to post everything that others may need to tune in a feed. It is just most important to share the find. We can always adjust the Frequency and Symbol Rates and try the various Modulations and FEC's on our own receivers until we get a lock and then give a polite reply with what works for your receiver, as that information might help others as well. We all appreciate the efforts and energy of the Posters!
