the 6902, 6982, and 5922 are all identical tuner/demods the tas2101

In the latest commit I set the min SR to 100ksps and max to 67,500ksps which is way outside of spec. I highly doubt it will work, but you're welcome to try. This demod isnt exactly known for being a feedhunters dream. I also set the stv090x driver to the same, it might be able to, but again its outside spec so who knows.

Thanks guys!!! I think I got everything working...thanks to you. Now will patiently wait for something to test it on.

The demod's may be the same ....but they act differently.
The 5922se will not tune Fox News audio on KU G16  with SR of 1000. No signal shown at all.
The 6902 and 6982 will....everything the same, just switch coax from one to the other. All using the same DB of smartdvb.
So maybe there is some hope[smile]

Thanks guys for everything!
I'm sure I will have more questions, great to have super knowledgeable people to help!

Fellow Members, your posts are welcome here! Do not worry about posting everything perfect. Different receivers and LNB's will give you different Frequencies and Symbol Rates. Some set top boxes, PCI cards and USB receivers, Do Not Require all of the same information that others may need. It is not Required to post everything that others may need to tune in a feed. It is just most important to share the find. We can always adjust the Frequency and Symbol Rates and try the various Modulations and FEC's on our own receivers until we get a lock and then give a polite reply with what works for your receiver, as that information might help others as well. We all appreciate the efforts and energy of the Posters!
