I know this switch works with 2 twin LNBFs...... but would this work with 1 twin LNBF and a Cband LNB and a Ku LNB ?

Yes, but then one receiver would be able to see the twin LNBF and the C-band LNB,
and the other receiver would be able to see the twin LNBF and the Ku-band LNB.

Neither receiver would be able to both the C and Ku LNB.

If you want both receivers to be able to see all three: the twin LNBF, the C-band LNB, and the Ku-band LNB, then you will need two 1X4 switches and two power-passing splitters for the LNBs.
(You will then have one unused port on each switch, for future use, e.g. another twin LNBF on a fixed dish.)

EDIT: You should be able to get the DS322 DMSI Dual 2x1 DiSEqC Switch to work with all three (the twin LNBF, the C-band LNB, and the Ku-band LNB), if you use two 22KHz switches and two power-passing splitters for the LNBs.

Fellow Members, your posts are welcome here! Do not worry about posting everything perfect. Different receivers and LNB's will give you different Frequencies and Symbol Rates. Some set top boxes, PCI cards and USB receivers, Do Not Require all of the same information that others may need. It is not Required to post everything that others may need to tune in a feed. It is just most important to share the find. We can always adjust the Frequency and Symbol Rates and try the various Modulations and FEC's on our own receivers until we get a lock and then give a polite reply with what works for your receiver, as that information might help others as well. We all appreciate the efforts and energy of the Posters!
