Had a strange thing happen have azbox elite and its been running version 4829 since the software came out with no problems. The unit is on a APC UPS. About a month ago through my mistake (didn't remove all channels from tp prior to rescanning and saving) the unit started to forget channels or add multiple channels to the sat. So out came maz3.2 and acc1.1 luckily had made a backup in december 13 which was not to far out of date. Started by reloading 4829 and reformatting application area. Unit came up normal then proceeded to send all_channel_data back to unit with acc, everything appeared normal. Unit started to duplicate channels again. So upgraded to 4890 started acc and it wouldn't connect said root is empty also maz would not connect. Thinking something had gone wrong with upgrade, proceeded to format application area and loaded 4991, same thing acc and maz would not respond correctly. Ended up using filezilla and sending info to unit that way. Question would doing factory reset correct this?
The unit is working correctly and since telnet and unprotecting the backup file, really don't need to use acc but would like to still use maz to edit lists. Help would be appreciated. Have not seen this particular issue discussed before.

Fellow Members, your posts are welcome here! Do not worry about posting everything perfect. Different receivers and LNB's will give you different Frequencies and Symbol Rates. Some set top boxes, PCI cards and USB receivers, Do Not Require all of the same information that others may need. It is not Required to post everything that others may need to tune in a feed. It is just most important to share the find. We can always adjust the Frequency and Symbol Rates and try the various Modulations and FEC's on our own receivers until we get a lock and then give a polite reply with what works for your receiver, as that information might help others as well. We all appreciate the efforts and energy of the Posters!
