I have a Linkbox 9000i. Since I have had this box since December most of the IPTV feeds don't work. it seems that linkbox could learn something from Manhattan.

If I'm understanding this correctly, you will be able to update the current IP feeds and download the Most currentI PTV channles. Will Linkbox come up with similar update like the Manhattan?

Thank You

Julie - The satellite princess.

With the later firmware's you can edit your own IPTV list file and load it back into the Linkbox.

Simple, because they are designed, manufactured by different companies.
Some people are happy with just one receiver, while others like to have multiple receivers for the reasons
you mention. Ie. - Some receiver may do one thing better than another, but may be lacking in another feature.
There is no one size fits all.

SAME HERE. I'D SAY 98% OF THEM DON'T WORK, UNSUPPORTED FILE....

Will Linkbox come up with similar update like the Manhattan?

THAT WOULD REALLY BE NICE...

EMIL SAID SOMETHING ABOUT YOU CAN UPDATE THE IPTV FILES AND RELOAD IT, IF ANYONE HAS DONE THAT WOULD YOU SHARE THE FILE? AND INSTRUCTIONS?

It's pretty time consuming, but all you need is a good url and you can load it yourself.  You can load up to 130 on the "User" menu.  LFTA has a file you can download at their site.  Put it on a usb drive and put it in the "User" section.  Jess out in California

Hey Jess, can you share the url for that site? I can't seem to come up with it. I just get Al Jazeera and SEC channels.

Thanks Tom

Fellow Members, your posts are welcome here! Do not worry about posting everything perfect. Different receivers and LNB's will give you different Frequencies and Symbol Rates. Some set top boxes, PCI cards and USB receivers, Do Not Require all of the same information that others may need. It is not Required to post everything that others may need to tune in a feed. It is just most important to share the find. We can always adjust the Frequency and Symbol Rates and try the various Modulations and FEC's on our own receivers until we get a lock and then give a polite reply with what works for your receiver, as that information might help others as well.
