I am having problems getting my box to find specific games. I have done blind scans and only see the regular programming.  I have tried to add a channel under advanced scan but wasn't able to locate it.
I am using a echo star to move my dish.  My manual that I have for the az box ultra is a few years old and was for the elite and premium.

does anyone know a good place to find out what i am doing wrong and where i can find a user manual or guide for the ultra?

thanks

Mh9808, What I do if I see a feed posted like "Jacksonville feed: Amc16 11940 H 30000"

I go to "setup" like you did already then "SAT/TP Edit" select 85W amc16ku
Highlight the "tp frequency" press "ok" that will bring up the list of all your transponders for 85W amc16ku
Make sure theres not already a "11940 H" in there because its probably old (the red button deletes TP's)
then press (the green button) to add a Transponder "11940 H 30000"
Frequency, Symbol rate, Polarization(Horizontal) modulation fec

Save that info then exit out of there, Select "TP scan" >85W amc16ku>(checkmark) the 11940 and press ok
That sounds like a lot but its easy after you do it couple times
Once its found save that, press blue "Home"button go back to TV. The game should be under the 85W amc16ku

And you need to make sure on the right Satellite if your not sure look at the sat/transponder/channel chart on the website
to see were you're at or ask someone a good transponder to lock onto to find Amc16 (just for an example)

Quick Navigation:

Fellow Members, your posts are welcome here! Do not worry about posting everything perfect. Different receivers and LNB's will give you different Frequencies and Symbol Rates. Some set top boxes, PCI cards and USB receivers, Do Not Require all of the same information that others may need. It is not Required to post everything that others may need to tune in a feed. It is just most important to share the find. We can always adjust the Frequency and Symbol Rates and try the various Modulations and FEC's on our own receivers until we get a lock and then give a polite reply with what works for your receiver, as that information might help others as well. We all appreciate the efforts and energy of the Posters!
