is there anything else on this satellite besides backhauls? A 24/7 feed to set the satellite into the receiver?

The ESPN feed is gone now.
There are two 24/7 muxes.

3940 V 30000
DVB-S2 8psk
3/4 FEC
Pilot ON

4140 V 28800
DVB-S2 8spk
2/3 FEC
Pilot ON

Both are ACM/VCM Continuous streams
I can lock both, but nothing will scan in.

Thanks Photoman. I get the 3940 feed.

Caps, this is the 2nd time there have been feeds on 129w this cfb year...So far that have been posted. Need to save the sat. Must be taking over for the feeds that used to be on 121w, 127w?

AMC 3 is at 83°WL, and it's also not on the Lyngsat chart, but they do have a hidden page for it:

https://www.lyngsat.com/AMC-3.html

(showing its old location at 72
°WL)

One of many inaccuracies / omissions on Lyngsat.

With these older satellites moving around so much, it's hard to keep track of their current location.

AMC 1  129W
AMC 2  85 W
AMC 3  72W
AMC 4  135W
AMC 5  Retired
AMC 6  83W

Fellow Members, your posts are welcome here! Do not worry about posting everything perfect. Different receivers and LNB's will give you different Frequencies and Symbol Rates. Some set top boxes, PCI cards and USB receivers, Do Not Require all of the same information that others may need. It is not Required to post everything that others may need to tune in a feed. It is just most important to share the find. We can always adjust the Frequency and Symbol Rates and try the various Modulations and FEC's on our own receivers until we get a lock and then give a polite reply with what works for your receiver, as that information might help others as well. We all appreciate the efforts and energy of the Posters!
