Thanks Chris,  I downloaded LAV, do you know which directory to extract the file to so that I can select LAV?

It does not appear in the list when I click Add in SmartDVB connection screen.

I forgot if it was a zip if so extract it amd run the .exe it will default to the C drive program files directory and create its own folder. Smart will pick it up.

Hi, there is no exe file, but the readme advises to register, but I got an error.  How do you register the files?

Install
=============================
- Unpack
- Register (install_*.bat files)
Registering requires administrative rights.
On Vista/7 also make sure to start it in an elevated shell.

Thanks for the links!  The 64 bit version link is no longer valid.  Do you have an alternate I can try?

Actually if you're using it for SmartDVB use the 32 bit version it will install in your program filesx86 folder

SmartDVB has an issue with 64 bit codecs

Fellow Members, your posts are welcome here! Do not worry about posting everything perfect. Different receivers and LNB's will give you different Frequencies and Symbol Rates. Some set top boxes, PCI cards and USB receivers, Do Not Require all of the same information that others may need. It is not Required to post everything that others may need to tune in a feed. It is just most important to share the find. We can always adjust the Frequency and Symbol Rates and try the various Modulations and FEC's on our own receivers until we get a lock and then give a polite reply with what works for your receiver, as that information might help others as well. We all appreciate the efforts and energy of the Posters!
