Is there a method to look at scanned in channels without having to save them?
Rationale: I scan in a Indy race on Intel9 58 degrees and 30 or more Latin channels are show up but I'm not able to see if the Indy race is among them. I don't want to save those Latin channels only to delete later.

Skip;  I have an AZ prem hd [no blind scan] and the Scanned transponder ch's show up at the end of the ch list when I back out to TV.  You should be able to look at them there.  I have not tried to delete from there.  I always save to the sat and then delete.  I installed the new f/w in my AZ and it changed some of the things I was used to with the old F/W.  Got to be careful with these boxes They are quirkey!  Jess

I know what you mean here...You have to save all the channels, go back to the TV, Figure out which one is the Indy race and then delete the rest of them.

It would be a little easier if AZ had a preview in the channel list. As is you must goto the channel to see what is on it and then back.

In case you dont know, in the channel list, you can put a check mark beside the channels you want to delete, press menu and delete all that are checked.

Hope this helps

Fellow Members, your posts are welcome here! Do not worry about posting everything perfect. Different receivers and LNB's will give you different Frequencies and Symbol Rates. Some set top boxes, PCI cards and USB receivers, Do Not Require all of the same information that others may need. It is not Required to post everything that others may need to tune in a feed. It is just most important to share the find. We can always adjust the Frequency and Symbol Rates and try the various Modulations and FEC's on our own receivers until we get a lock and then give a polite reply with what works for your receiver, as that information might help others as well. We all appreciate the efforts and energy of the Posters!
