Ok I had my AZ working really well starting with know good files I got from friends and I kept adding more and more satellites and then BINGO corruption!! I again have satellites with wrong names some missing and the database is apparently all dorked up. I am always careful to create new sats with at least one fake TP. usually 3690 or 11690

So my question is:

There are the three files that can be replaced
allchannels
satellites
and some database

I forget the exact names...but this is what I replace...

My question is...IF these three files are replaced with known good files (again) is that usually ALL that is necessary and sufficient to fix a corrupted AZ?

If the corruption is within the sat database files yes that should clear your issue right up.
it the firmware is screwed then no.

Fellow Members, your posts are welcome here! Do not worry about posting everything perfect. Different receivers and LNB's will give you different Frequencies and Symbol Rates. Some set top boxes, PCI cards and USB receivers, Do Not Require all of the same information that others may need. It is not Required to post everything that others may need to tune in a feed. It is just most important to share the find. We can always adjust the Frequency and Symbol Rates and try the various Modulations and FEC's on our own receivers until we get a lock and then give a polite reply with what works for your receiver, as that information might help others as well. We all appreciate the efforts and energy of the Posters!
