Either SES-4 @ 22WL or NSS-7 @ 20WL, I'm not sure which satellite I am on (but it's definitely betwwen Hispasat and T12, and not one of the Intelsats):

12076H
4609 SR
33 V / 34 A

CNN reporter with a British accent, standing in front of snow-covered trees, talking to Wolf Blitzer about a plane crash.

My first lock on this satellite!

Feed is back up again today; I think it might be reporting from the summit in Davos, Switzerland.

Update: It's actually three CNN feeds:

12075H, 12082H, and 12089H
8PSK
4609 SR 3/4 FEC
33 V / 34 A

12075H and 12082H are two different camera angles of a reporter standing in a tent outside.
12089H is a live feed of a "World Economic Forum" discussion; Marissa Meyer from Yahoo! currently speaking.

Another feed just popped up on the same satellite:

12105H
QPSK
6400 SR 3/4 FEC
101 V / 201 A

ID is "Feed Mediaset Cologno"
on the aquarium-themed set, there is a logo that reads "L'Isola del Famosi". I think it's Italian?

And yet another feed just popped up on the same satellite:

11724H
8PSK
7120 SR 3/4 FEC
101 V / 256 A

ID is "FROM_EBEBIYIN"

CAF (Confederation of African Football) Soccer match from Africa about to get underway.

I'm 99.9% sure that it's SES-4, because it's just a bit farther than half way from Hispasat to T12, by my count, which would indicate 22°WL.

Also, there is a distinct, but very weak and un-lockable signal at 11,875H that's just 2° east, which is almost certainly NSS-7 at 20°WL.

CNN on 12076H / 4608 SR is still up at 9PM Eastern; the other feeds are down for the day. Not quite as strong as T12 or Hispasat, but still pushing ~12db S/N on my 1m dish, so you shouldn't have too much of a problem with your 90cm if you have a clear shot to the satellite.

Nice wide open field to my east so shouldn't be an issue .. Didn't get a chance to work on today . We shall see what tomorrow brings.. Thanks again

Jeff

All three CNN feeds up as of 6:30 A.M. Eastern; a reporter just interviewed Tony Blair on 12075H, apparently for CNN International, because it wasn't live on CNN.

Also, there is a spot on the screen on 12075H, just a bit to the right and above the center that you can see against dark backgrounds. It looks like a stuck pixel or dust on the camera lens, but it has been there for two days now. Maybe it's a fault in the camera sensor and it can't be fixed? [confused]

Awesome, thanks - that's a new frequency for me. Watching it now.

Here is my list of frequencies where I have seen feeds on this bird:

CNN: 12037, 12076, 12082, 12087 all with SR=4609
"Feed Mediaset Col": 12105 / 6400
"From Ebebiyin": 11724 / 7120

(all xponders to NA are horizontal, 11.7-12.2GHz)

UPDATE:

CNN feed at 12087 / 4609 now active, showing State Dept. spokeswoman Marie Harf, who evidently is somewhere across the Atlantic - Geneva, Switzerland for the Iran nuclear negotiations I think.

Fellow Members, your posts are welcome here! Do not worry about posting everything perfect. Different receivers and LNB's will give you different Frequencies and Symbol Rates. Some set top boxes, PCI cards and USB receivers, Do Not Require all of the same information that others may need. It is not Required to post everything that others may need to tune in a feed. It is just most important to share the find. We can always adjust the Frequency and Symbol Rates and try the various Modulations and FEC's on our own receivers until we get a lock and then give a polite reply with what works for your receiver, as that information might help others as well. We all appreciate the efforts and energy of the Posters!
