Hello anyone,

I have an Azbox Elite HD with firmware version 0.9.5209 on it.

I have been reading that 5020 is the most stable firmware,, is there really much improvement from the firmware that I already have.   I put the 5020 firmware on a usb stick.

If I were to rollback how would I go about doing it?  Or should I just leave what it has, if there is NOT that much difference in the 2 firmwares.

Thanks for any info

Hey thanks for the reply, maybe I will give it a try then   .. I have the option of 0.9.5402...

Im thinking this must be an updated version of the firmware you have?

Can I update to this version from my 5209  or do I need another update first and then 5402?

Thanks again!!!

You may want to consider reading this thread before moving to the 5400 versions of non factory firmware:  http://rickcaylor.websitetoolbox.com/post/5400-firmware-6410846?pid=1278592044#post1278592044

Fellow Members, your posts are welcome here! Do not worry about posting everything perfect. Different receivers and LNB's will give you different Frequencies and Symbol Rates. Some set top boxes, PCI cards and USB receivers, Do Not Require all of the same information that others may need. It is not Required to post everything that others may need to tune in a feed. It is just most important to share the find. We can always adjust the Frequency and Symbol Rates and try the various Modulations and FEC's on our own receivers until we get a lock and then give a polite reply with what works for your receiver, as that information might help others as well.
