I was having lip sync problems also, I had one tv connected via rca jacks into another room and the main tv connected via HDMI. When I diconnected the rca video cable my Manhattan re-synced itself. I also connected the video cable back and all is working at this time maybe this will help someone if you have the same problem

I never had anything connected but 1 tv and hdmi port. When using version 3.9; I have had some lip sync problems show up from time to time (But not very frequently) and I would power down the stb and turn it on and it would come back corrected. But when I went to version 4.1 when the lip sync would show up and I shut down stb and turn it back on it would not fix it.
Also I noticed a second version 4.1 on Manhattan's site today. It says it is experimental; for experienced users only. Wonder what that is about. Somthing to do with tp's. __________________ 7 1/2' mesh dish with BSC621-2 lnb and Manhattan receiver, 39" x 29" Primestar dish and lnb motorized by SG2100 motor and Prof 7301 DVB card.

to re-sync audio and video on the manhattan try this:
Turn the power off and unplug both devices. I mean total power off! Either by switch or plug. Not the power button on the remote. Power switch on the back of the Manhattan and power switch on the TV or un-plugg the TV. Make sure you have the channel on the TV that is in question prior to this. Then turn on the Manhattan and then the TV. This should re-establish the hand-shake between the two devices. The problem should be resolved.
