No, because in GSE can be incapsulated anything And for real processing GSE need pass frame-mode traffic from demod to processing system via extended TS interface (two additional lines, which indicate what part of frames transmited and error conditions)  - usual used in modern satellite modem, which support DVB-S2 ACM.

In TBS 6925 used some hardware trick for passing frame-mode stream via usual TS interase of SAA7160 (count 188 byte and send SYNC impulse). So you can record some stream, but you can't verify integrity of this traffic.

Is there a tutorial that teaches how to interpret the data when you are looking at a stream in Transedit?

Not a tutorial,but all you have to know ,about GSE:
http://www.etsi.org/deliver/etsi_ts/102700_102799/102771/01.02.01_60/ts_102771v010201p.pdf

@crazycat
Have you tried the 2 GSE-using transponders on 23,5E ?
There is h.264 video inside,because sometimes (really misformed)
pictures can be generated out of a single GSE(MIS)stream.

Yes,the results were made by another user (Eric)with his TBS6925.

Ok,but you use also an omicom advanced card.
Is there a difference between the readouts,because i m not able to
generate anything out of it.
And by the way,i can t get no-lock on ultra-low SR(477,555) transponders
(12660h.12663h) from this satellite.

Fellow Members, your posts are welcome here! Do not worry about posting everything perfect. Different receivers and LNB's will give you different Frequencies and Symbol Rates. Some set top boxes, PCI cards and USB receivers, Do Not Require all of the same information that others may need. It is not Required to post everything that others may need to tune in a feed. It is just most important to share the find. We can always adjust the Frequency and Symbol Rates and try the various Modulations and FEC's on our own receivers until we get a lock and then give a polite reply with what works for your receiver, as that information might help others as well. We all appreciate the efforts and energy of the Posters!
